Refund policy

Our team at Diya’s always try to make sure all stock is available at the time of ordering. Demand for some items may be high and we may run out of stock sooner than expected. We recommend ordering as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. If there is no stock at the time of shipment, we will contact you by phone or email address given at the time of ordering. Make sure to provide all contact details correctly when ordering. If the contact details are incorrect or the customer does not reply to our correspondence, then Diya’s reserves the right to cancel the out-of-stock item and ship the remaining order.

RETURN POLICY:

We do not accept free returns. All returns must be paid by the customer. Be sure to add your order and contact details, as well as any notes you wish to have regarding the processing of your order.
The customer has the right to withdraw within 7 working days from the day following delivery of the goods. If the item is unsuitable, please ensure the item has not been worn or laundered to be eligible for a refund within 7 days of receipt.
For exchanges, merchandise must be returned unworn/unwashed within 14 days of receipt. To receive a refund, please return the unused item within 7 days of receipt.
If you change your mind about the purchase, you must return the unused item with the original receipt, in the original condition with tags. reasonable proof of purchase within 7 days. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings and some clothing items. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to a refund, replacement or repair if the item is defective or incorrectly described.

Pakistani Designer Wear Return & Exchange Policy:

We accept returns on condition of 20% restocking charges, and customer should report return an item to Diya's within 24 hrs after receiving the parcel. Returns will not be accepted, If a return is initiated after a week

Restocking Charges-

- To be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit a returned item must be in its original condition, unused and in the original packaging and restocking charges of 20% will be applied.

Shipping of Returns (UK and International)-

- Shipping costs of returned parcels are non-refundable and its purely customers own liability to return an item. There are no return labels at all. We recommend using a track able shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

Custom Made, Bridals and Sale Items:

- Certain items such as Wedding Formals, Bridals, and Custom Made dresses or any Standard size dress with custom changes are not refundable. They can only go for alteration if needed.
- Sales items are not refundable.
- Alteration time for bridals is (45 to 60 days) and cost of postage must be bear by the customer.

Quality Check of Returned Items:

Once we receive your returned item at ware house, it goes under quality checked and if it’s found that item is not used, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return via email or WhatsApp message. So please allow us 5 working days to complete the process of return once package is returned back. Refund process is 14 Days after parcel is received.
